The CSS Health Account lets you make an active commitment to your health. Through it, we provide you with support of up to CHF 800 for all kinds of activities related to your health, prevention and well-being.

  • Up to CHF 800 a year paid towards your costs.
  • Choose from four areas: Family, Fitness, Exercise and Other. Mindfulness, nutrition, self-help, screening and prevention are included in the category ‘Other.
  • In addition, up to CHF 1,000 for a Check-up every three years.
  • You benefit from the Health Account if you have certain supplementary insurance, like myFlex Hospitalisation Insurance.

How to take advantage of the Health Account

You can benefit from the Health Account and Check-up if you have myFlex Hospitalisation Insurance. Your chosen category (Economy, Balance, Premium) of hospitalisation insurance determines the offers available under the Health Account. The Balance and Premium categories give you additional access to the Health Account Bonus.

On taking out one of the following products, you benefit from the Health Account and additionally from the Health Account Bonus.

Health Account Bonus: more for getting active

We support active sportspeople through the Health Account Bonus. We make a contribution towards memberships of sports clubs, climbing facilities and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as cross-country ski passes. We also pay a share of the cost of recognised fitness trackers.
