Course Outline

  1. No preparation is required for the first session.
  2. The course is interactive, allowing you to decide at any time what information you wish to share with the group.
  3. The instructors may suggest exercises and activities to complete individually between sessions, such as incorporating relaxation exercises into your daily routine.

The course is led by our health coaches, experts with many years of experience in the field of stress and relaxation.

What the course does not cover

Since the course is progressive, it is not possible to attend just one session. The course is not therapeutic in nature but serves as continued education.

The course is exclusive to CSS customers aged 18 and over.

To ensure we can work interactively, the number of participants is limited to a max. of 15 and a min. of 5 people. If fewer than 5 people register, the course will not take place. Participants will be informed in advance.
