Power balls made with nuts and dried fruit

Foods that are particularly rich in important nutrients for the brain are called brain food. Nuts and dried fruit are excellent examples. When mixed and made into small, practical power balls, you have a snack or party nibble that fills you with strength and energy.

Ingredients for 30 balls

35g pistachios, salted and shelled
70g cashews, raw
200g dates, stoned
90g shredded coconut
1 tsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. water

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a compact mass.
  2. Dampen your hands and form the mass into balls.
  3. Optional: Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
